WATERSHED is our women-only full moon circle—an evening of reflection, release, and shared ritual.
Held on the Blue Moon of May 31, 2026, this gathering aligns with a rare lunar moment: the second full moon within a single calendar month, often associated with heightened reflection, culmination, and a chance to pause at the edge of transition. In 2026, May holds two full moons—May 1 and May 31—making this one a true Blue Moon. Astronomical sources also note that the May 31 full moon occurs in Sagittarius.
This WATERSHED experience is designed as a gentle communal ritual for women—a space to gather in intention, reconnect to the body, and honor what is reaching fullness. Blue Moons are often felt as powerful markers for clarity, release, and recalibration, making this an especially meaningful time to slow down, listen inward, and notice what is ready to be acknowledged, celebrated, or let go.
Through guided reflection and a shared contrast therapy session, we move with the energy of the moon in a grounded, embodied way. Heat, cold, breath, and stillness become part of the ritual—supporting emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to self and community. This is not about performance. It is about returning to yourself—held by the water, the warmth, the moon, and the women around you.
At WATERSHED, we gather not just to mark the full moon, but to experience it together: in presence, in ritual, and in shared renewal.
