Löyly Circles: WATERSHED for Women

WATERSHED is our women-only full moon circle—an evening of reflection, release, and shared ritual.

Held on the Full Flower Moon of May 1, this gathering aligns with a moon long associated with blossoming, growth, and the fullness of what has been quietly taking shape. Traditionally known as the Flower Moon, it arrives at a time of seasonality marked by blooming and expansion, making it a powerful moment to pause, take stock, and honor what is ready to be seen, softened, or set free.

This WATERSHED experience is designed as a gentle communal ritual for women—a space to gather in intention, reconnect to the body, and move through this threshold together. Through guided reflection and a shared contrast therapy session, we work with the energy of the full moon not by force, but by presence: creating space for clarity, emotional release, and deeper connection to self and community. The evening invites you into a slower, more intuitive rhythm—one that honors both your inner world and the power of being witnessed in a supportive circle.

You’ll move through Löyly’s signature contrast therapy experience together, allowing heat, cold, breath, and stillness to support the ritual of release and renewal. This is not about performance. It is about returning to yourself—held by the water, the warmth, the moon, and the women around you.
